This festive ornament, called "Fiesta", was introduced by Thomas Glenn Holidays for the 2018 season.  It consists of colorful swirls of maroon, pink, and white set against a light green backgound.  On the bottom is a colorful burst of blue to add contrast.  Never having gone into production, we have only 1 prototype available - and once it has sold, the item will be removed from the website.
